How to bulk Generate Mail SSL Certificates Across the Cluster using cPFence Tools?

Generate Mail SSL (WebUI Method)

 

  1. From cPFence WebUI, open Tools & Utilities ➜ ApiMachine Bulk Tools.
  2. Pick the domains you want under Run on specific domains only, or leave it unchecked to include every mail hostname.
  3. Select Bulk Generate Mail SSL and click Run Bulk Generate Mail SSL.
  4. Watch the output for any mail.customerdomain records that failed validation.

Communicate the new mail hostnames to customers once the certificates are issued.

Command Line (CLI) Method

  1. SSH into the Main Control Panel server.
  2. Issue mail certificates: 
    cpfence --bulk-generate-mail-ssl-cluster

Ensure DNS for mail.domain points to the correct node before running the job.
