How to bulk Uninstall Blacklisted Plugins using cPFence Tools?

Remove Blacklisted Plugins (WebUI Method)

  1. Open cPFence WebUI and select the server.
  2. Navigate to Tools & UtilitiesWP-AutoShield Bulk Tools.
  3. In Manage WP Plugins, click Uninstall Blacklisted Plugins.
  4. Confirm the warning; cPFence removes every plugin listed in /var/log/cpfenceav/blacklisted-wp-plugins.txt from each WordPress install.
  5. Monitor the live output for any sites that required manual cleanup.

Update the blacklist file as needed before running the job so you only target the risky plugins.

Tip: You can Schedule this tool to run daily with WP-AutoShield by enabling "autoshield_plugin_blacklist_removal" on the Settings page.

Command Line (CLI) Method

  1. SSH into the server.
  2. Execute the uninstall:
    cpfence --bulk-uninstall-bl-plugins
  3. Pass a site list file if you only want to target certain tenants.
