Manage ASN Whitelist (WebUI Method)
- Open Tools & Utilities ➜ Spam AutoShield Tools.
- Select Whitelist / Unwhitelist ASN.
- Enter the ASN (e.g.
AS13335). - Click Whitelist ASN to bypass filtering for that network, or Unwhitelist ASN to restore normal scanning.
Command Line (CLI) Method
- SSH into the mail server.
- Whitelist:
cpfence --add-spam-autoshield-wl-asn AS13335 - Remove from whitelist:
cpfence --del-spam-autoshield-wl-asn AS13335
Keep a record of why an ASN was whitelisted to justify the exception later.
