How to Whitelist/Unwhitelist ASNs in Spam AutoShield using cPFence Tools?

Manage ASN Whitelist (WebUI Method)

  1. Open Tools & UtilitiesSpam AutoShield Tools.
  2. Select Whitelist / Unwhitelist ASN.
  3. Enter the ASN (e.g. AS13335).
  4. Click Whitelist ASN to bypass filtering for that network, or Unwhitelist ASN to restore normal scanning.

Command Line (CLI) Method

  1. SSH into the mail server.
  2. Whitelist:
    cpfence --add-spam-autoshield-wl-asn AS13335
  3. Remove from whitelist:
    cpfence --del-spam-autoshield-wl-asn AS13335

Keep a record of why an ASN was whitelisted to justify the exception later.
