How to Whitelist/Unwhitelist Domains in Spam AutoShield using cPFence Tools?

Manage Domain Whitelist (WebUI Method)

 

  1. Navigate to Tools & UtilitiesSpam AutoShield Tools.
  2. Select Whitelist / Unwhitelist Domain.
  3. Enter the domain to trust (e.g. trustedpartner.com).
  4. Click Whitelist Domain to bypass filtering or Unwhitelist Domain to reinstate normal scanning.

Ideal for partner SMTP relays or monitoring services that must never be blocked.

Command Line (CLI) Method)

  1. SSH into the mail server.
  2. Whitelist a domain:
    cpfence --add-spam-autoshield-wl-domain trustedpartner.com
  3. Remove it later:
    cpfence --del-spam-autoshield-wl-domain trustedpartner.com

Audit the whitelist periodically to ensure only critical partners remain.
