How to Turn Off WP-AutoShield Features Server-Wide?

If you want to disable WP-AutoShield features across all websites on a specific server, you can do so easily through the cPFence WebUI.

Step 1: Disable Features in System Settings

From your cPFence WebUI, go to:

System Settings > Adjust cPFence Settings (Single Server)

Then switch the needed options to off , for example :

  • autoshield_wp_idle_logout
  • autoshield_security_headers

Click Save after making changes. This prevents the daily WP-AutoShield cron job from re-enabling them, even for newly created websites.

Step 2: Apply the Changes Immediately

To enforce the changes right away, go to:

Tools & Utilities > WP-AutoShield Bulk Tools > Manually Run WP-AutoShield

This will update all existing sites on the server to reflect the new disabled settings.
