How to bulk Enable a WordPress Plugin by Slug using cPFence Tools?

Enable Plugin by Slug (WebUI Method)

 

  1. Log into cPFence WebUI and select the server.
  2. Go to Tools & UtilitiesWP-AutoShield Bulk ToolsBulk Enable Plugin by Slug.
  3. Enter the plugin slug (e.g. classic-editor) and optionally use Verify Slug.
  4. Click Bulk Enable Plugin; cPFence activates the plugin anywhere it exists.
  5. Review the output for any sites where activation failed.

Pair this with the install command when rolling out new functionality across all tenants.

Command Line (CLI) Method

  1. SSH into the server.
  2. Activate the plugin:
    cpfence --bulk-enable-wp-plugin-auto classic-editor

Remember to bulk clear caches afterwards if the plugin adds new assets.
