How to bulk Restore WordPress Core Files using cPFence Tools?

Force Restore WP Core (WebUI Method)

 

  1. Log into cPFence WebUI and pick your server.
  2. Go to Tools & Utilities ➜ WP-AutoShield Bulk Tools.
  3. Select Restore WP Core Files in the General & Backups section.
  4. Confirm the warning; cPFence downloads fresh WordPress core files and overwrites the existing ones on every site.
  5. Monitor the output closely—it’s best to run this only for experienced sysadmins who know the customization impact.

This tool removes malicious or modified core files without touching themes or plugins.

Command Line (CLI) Method

  1. SSH into the server.
  2. Execute: 
    cpfence --bulk-force-wp-core-files
