Scan All WP Databases (WebUI Method)
- Sign into cPFence WebUI and select the server.
- Go to Tools & Utilities ➜ WP-AutoShield Bulk Tools.
- Open Scan All WordPress Databases for Malware inside the Database Tools card.
- Click Run Database Scan; cPFence inspects every table for malicious JavaScript, iFrames, SQL injections, and other signatures.
- Download or review the output to act on any detections.
Schedule this via WP-AutoShield if you want daily scanning without manual input.
Command Line (CLI) Method
- SSH into the server.
- Run:
cpfence --bulk-scan-wp-databases
Treat positive results quickly—combine this with the WP core restore or plugin uninstall tools for remediation.
