How to bulk Scan WordPress Databases for Malware using cPFence Tools?

Scan All WP Databases (WebUI Method)

 

  1. Sign into cPFence WebUI and select the server.
  2. Go to Tools & UtilitiesWP-AutoShield Bulk Tools.
  3. Open Scan All WordPress Databases for Malware inside the Database Tools card.
  4. Click Run Database Scan; cPFence inspects every table for malicious JavaScript, iFrames, SQL injections, and other signatures.
  5. Download or review the output to act on any detections.

Schedule this via WP-AutoShield if you want daily scanning without manual input.

Command Line (CLI) Method

  1. SSH into the server.
  2. Run:
    cpfence --bulk-scan-wp-databases

Treat positive results quickly—combine this with the WP core restore or plugin uninstall tools for remediation.
