Update One Theme by Slug/ZIP (WebUI Method)
- Log into cPFence WebUI and select your server.
- Go to Tools & Utilities ➜ WP-AutoShield Bulk Tools ➜ Bulk Update One Theme.
- Enter the theme slug or ZIP URL, then click Verify Slug if you want to confirm the slug exists.
- Press Bulk Update Theme; cPFence updates every site that already has the theme installed.
- Monitor the streaming log for any sites that skipped the update.
Use the site selector toggle when you only want to update a subset for staged rollouts.
Command Line (CLI) Method
- SSH into the server.
- Update via slug:
cpfence --bulk-update-wp-theme astra - Or pull from a custom ZIP:
cpfence --bulk-update-wp-theme https://example.com/agency-theme.zip
Clear caches once the update completes to avoid customers seeing outdated templates.
