Toggle Spam AutoShield (WebUI Method)
- Sign in to cPFence WebUI and choose the server hosting your mail services.
- Open Tools & Utilities ➜ Spam AutoShield Tools.
- Click Activate Spam AutoShield to enable the module or Deactivate Spam AutoShield to turn it off.
- Confirm the action; the UI streams the service status as protections come online/offline.
Activation loads the full policy stack, blocklists, and Rspamd tuning parameters across the server.
Command Line (CLI) Method
- SSH into the server.
- Enable Spam AutoShield:
cpfence --activate-spam-autoshield - Disable it when required:
cpfence --deactivate-spam-autoshield
Leave the module enabled by default on your mail server—only disable it for maintenance or troubleshooting.
